1. What is store Return and  exchange  policy?

All sales are final. All of our products cannot be returned or exchanged. Once order has been placed, it is final. Please ensure you select the correct size and color. If you have any questions about an item please reach out to us. We do apologies for the inconvenience.

We are NOT responsible for slight color variations due to the performance of different monitors.
PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for the postal service when they lose or damage a package. Once the package has left our store and received by the post office and a tracking number has been sent we are not liable for lost or damaged packages.

2. Do you accept orders placed outside of US?

We sure do! Little J!adore ships to all countries currently serviced by USPS. For International (outside of the US) orders, we offer a flat rate shipping.
Packages arrive within 6-15 business days, no international expedited shipping options are Rates start at $24.50 depending on location and weight of package.
Please note we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages.
It's the customers responsiblity to pay any customs fees and taxes that may apply to the order.

3. How long will it take to received my order?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

4. How long before my order is processed?

We usually ship domestic packages within 1-3 business days. International orders are processed in 1-5 business days.

5. How do I pay my order? is it secure?

checkout process uses PayPal, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as PayPal.com. Before entering any personal credit card information, you will be transferred to PayPal's secure servers. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. You may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

we offer free ground shipping within the continental U.S only!

Orders ship out 1-3 Bussiness Days. We do not ship out orders on weekends or holidays.
